Hats off to Luann for coming out on her day off to give me an estimate.
Had a color in mind however Luann provided other samples that might be a better match with the outside brick to my home. Found a color that was a match perfect.
The guys that came out to install my new Polyurea flooring were very friendly and professional. Before getting started they reviewed everything with me and asked if I had any questions.
Love the way my new garage floor look that I can’t stop looking at it.

Luann and her crew came highly recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. Showed up promptly at 7am friendly courteous answered all of my (and my neighbors) questions. Left without a trace except for the beautiful new floor and the written instructions for floor care. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent job and so great to work with. Had the garage floor, front stoop and 2 basement closet floors coated (to match the rest of the basement floor that was done 5 years ago). The garage floor was in really rough shape when we bought the house (going on 12 years ago) and was slowly getting worse. Having this done has been on the wish list all along, and I’m so happy with the results.

We are extremely happy with Excel Concrete Coatings for resurfacing our 30 year old concrete garage floor. The owner, LuAnn, thoroughly explained the benefits of Polyurea-Polyaspartic full chip residential floor system to us when she visited. It's much more flexible and dent resistant than the old epoxy systems. It's also very salt and temperature resistant: perfect for our weather here. There is also a wide range of color flakes to choose from, to make your floor really unique and sparkle! We opted to have the expansion joints filled, as they just collect dust and debris; and more anti resistant sharp grip, to prevent a slippery floor. We also had them do the verticals (the edges of the blocks from the floor to the wood sills). Jacob and Greg showed up promptly at 7 am to begin and were done by early afternoon. Jacob explained a lot as he went along. It's very clear he really likes what he does. So, we had a beautiful floor in one day, and a usable garage in just 48 hours after drying. This is the best our garage floor has ever looked!! All of the cracks and the flaking concrete dust are gone! It will be much, much easier to keep clean. We should have done this a long time ago!! We would definitely recommend having this floor system installed by them! It also comes with a 25 year warranty for residential use.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our garage floor. Before, we couldn’t walk on our floor without concret shrapnel in our feet. They came out and made the floor better than new, sealing away the old damage, re-creating the seems, and giving us a floor that our neighbors are jealous of! Easy to clean after winter, and it looks so nice! Highly recommend!
